The staff is so kind and attentive. The rooms are spotless. Beautiful bathrooms with plush fluffy towels. The beds are dreamy with great linens. The location is ideal for walking around Tlaquepaque, but great for an airport overnight, too. Very quiet considering the central location.
Centric close to everything and anything, snacks, restaurants, shops. Service above and beyond, delicious breakfast from scratch, very clean and friendly stuff. The room decorations are unique, cossy and comfy. Definitely going back.
Perfect host, staff, location. Charming little place with incredibly accommodating staff throughout. Fyi, they got us a Uber with a guy named Salvador. He is great and wished we could have cancelled our car and just used him. Hotel is a half block off of one of the two major streets for shops, dining, art and music. Hotel is quiet at night. Water is hot. AC, TV, internet all work consistently. Breakfast is served in the AM and the juice is great.

The rooms were tastefully decorated, and the staff were very friendly and attentive. They were always ready to assist with any requests or inquiries, making me feel like a valued guest throughout my stay.
Sweet staff and excellent services, ranging from their yummy breakfasts to the cleanliness of the rooms to general customer care. Great, central location in Tlaquepaque. The employees were very helpful when we needed help with translation and when we needed to call a taxi. We also appreciated the artistic aesthetics of the hotel. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay!
I have stayed here twice and both times were great! The location is wonderful and the rooms are clean. The staff is very helpful and friendly. The breakfast was wonderful! I will definitely stay here again when I return to Talquepaque!
